Judi Giem is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Tri Counties Bank. Judi has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at Banner Bank and Itron.

Judi has a proven track record in Talent Management and has been responsible for all areas of global recruiting, talent management, training, and human resource systems. Judi has successfully implemented insourcing recruiting initiatives to decrease expenses, global succession planning, and revised performance management philosophies with comprehensive leadership competencies. Judi has also been responsible for all organizational planning including right sizing, span of control, integrating acquired talent, best practices and aligned resources to ensure overarching strategic goal alignment.

Under Judi’s leadership, the human resources department at Tri Counties Bank is focused on acquiring, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent within the financial industry. Judi is also responsible for diversity and inclusion initiatives, M & A activity and engagement/culture initiatives.

Judi Giem has a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from Whitworth University. Judi also has certification from SHRM in SPHR.
