Gerry Benton has been in the banking industry for over 10 years. Gerry started out as a personal banker at Bank Mutual and then transitioned to Waukesha State Bank in August 2017. Gerry is currently the bank manager at the Waukesha-Meadowbrook Road office. Gerry is passionate about creating an understanding for both customers and employees of the value of the company they work for. Gerry looks at what triggers decision making and what customers value in order to drive forward momentum. Their areas of focus are loans, short term, mid-term and long term planning, as well as understanding the habits and drivers of each person's banking needs.
Gerry Benton's educational career includes completing an undergraduate degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a certification from the Waukesha County Business Alliance in the Waukesha County Leadership Program.
