Matthew Lemon

Matthew Lemon has a diverse work experience. Matthew began their career as an intern at the US Army in 2016 and later had an internship at California State University, Chico. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Mission Bank, first as a Credit Analyst and then as a Relationship Manager. In 2021, they joined Citizens Business Bank as an AVP Relationship Manager before being promoted to VP Relationship Manager in 2022. Currently, they are working at Tri Counties Bank as a VP Relationship Manager. Additionally, Matthew volunteered at Leadership Bakersfield in 2020.

Matthew Lemon attended Bakersfield College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Matthew then continued their education at California State University, Chico from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management.
