Patrick Howes

Patrick Howes has a diverse work experience in the banking and real estate industry. Patrick started their career at London Properties in 2013 as a Realtor, and then moved on to Connect Realty - Team USA in 2014, where they also worked as a Realtor. In 2014, they joined Bank of the Sierra as a Credit Assistant/Credit Analyst, and later took on roles as a Credit Analyst, AVP Senior Credit Analyst, and VP Commercial Loan Officer. In 2020, they transitioned to Tri Counties Bank, where they worked as a Commercial Credit Underwriter II and is currently serving as a VP Commercial Credit Underwriter III since October 2021.

Patrick Howes obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from California State University, Fresno from 2007 to 2011. Patrick later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, completing it in the years 2019 to 2021. In 2013, they also obtained a Real Estate Salesperson Licensee certification from the Department of Real Estate.
