Christina Silva-Soto

Christina Silva-Soto has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christina started their career in 1995 at Essentials, where they quickly advanced from a store manager to an area manager, overseeing 12 retail health and beauty stores in New York and New Jersey. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations, hiring, training, and supervising a large staff. Christina continued to work at Essentials until 2015.

In 2012, Christina worked as a store manager at Paper Source for one year. Christina then transitioned to Beauty Plus Salon in 2015, where they served as an Area Business Manager until January 2020.

Since 2019, Christina has been working at Tri-County Care CCO. Christina initially joined as an Intake/Outreach Specialist and later progressed to become the Director of Family and Member Engagement in January 2021.
