Michele Rodriguez

Michele Rodriguez has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Michele started their career at St Catherine Siena Hospital in 2014, where they worked as a PCA 2 for one year. In 2016, they joined ACLD as a Direct Support Professional, providing assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. In 2001, they started working as a Nursing Assistant at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital, where they also had an internship in 2017, focusing on budgeting, expense management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Michele then moved on to Advance Care Alliance in 2019, working as a Care Manager until 2023. Currently, Michele holds the position of Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO, where they started in 2023.
