Kelley Koeppen serves as the Electronic Incentives Project Manager at the Tri-County Council For Southern Maryland, where responsibilities include planning and implementing the Maryland Market Money electronic incentives pilot, developing outreach materials, leading workgroup meetings, and providing training and support.
