Kelley Koeppen

Kelley Koeppen serves as the Electronic Incentives Project Manager at the Tri-County Council For Southern Maryland, where responsibilities include planning and implementing the Maryland Market Money electronic incentives pilot, developing outreach materials, leading workgroup meetings, and providing training and support. Previous experience includes roles as Food Access Coordinator for the Baltimore Farmers’ Market & Bazaar, Assistant Farmers Market Manager for the City of Rockville, and Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, focusing on food access and nutrition interventions. Kelley holds a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Human Nutrition from Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Lewis & Clark College. Additional experience includes a Fulbright Scholarship in Malaysia and a Chemistry Laboratory Internship at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates.
