David Shereda

Dave is their 45L director and brings more than 18 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing to Tri-Merit and its clients.

As an engineering co-op early in his career, Dave had the opportunity to work in a large automotive stamping plant, which cemented his interest in manufacturing. He has spent the majority of his career focusing on progressively advancing the culture of the companies he’s worked for and improving manufacturing operations across a variety of industries.

Dave holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Kettering University in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, as well as possesses his HERS rater certification. Dave joined Tri-Merit in 2019 and is taking great pleasure in helping his clients grow their businesses.
