Allen Kashani

Allen Kashani is a seasoned professional in land development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Tri Pointe Homes since January 2022 and as the Owner of AK Land Solutions since June 2020. Prior experience includes over 17 years at Pardee Homes San Diego, where Allen held various leadership positions including Director of Land Development and Director of Project Management, contributing to significant projects such as an 844-home master-planned community and the entitlement of diverse housing offerings. Previous roles at RBF Consulting involved project engineering and facilitating the approval of critical development plans. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and has further education from the University of Melbourne.
