Allison Baughman

Allison Baughman is an experienced leader in learning and development with a significant background in human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Development at Tri Pointe Homes since October 2021, Baughman previously held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development and Talent Management at Molina Healthcare. From 2000 to 2019, Baughman worked at James Hardie Building Products in various roles, culminating as Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 65 HR employees supporting over 2000 staff in North America and driving employee engagement through programs like the High-Potential Program. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role in training at Jamba Juice. Baughman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
