Jason Miller

Jason Miller is an experienced professional in land development and construction management, currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Tri Pointe Homes since January 2022. Previously, Jason held the position of Associate Vice President of Capital Planning, Facilities, and Space Management at the University of La Verne, where responsibilities included creating multi-year capital plans and overseeing facility specifications. With a robust background at The Lewis Group of Companies as Vice President of Planned Communities, Jason managed the planning and construction of significant projects, including The Preserve at Chino. Additional experience spans roles at Nolte Associates, Hall & Foreman, Inc., and Robert Fiscus & Associates, highlighting expertise in project management, design, and regulatory compliance. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Chapman University and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine.
