Soon Ving Lam

Soon Ving Lam is an experienced executive with a career spanning several decades in operations management and engineering excellence. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TRI-SEN Systems Corporation since November 2013, Soon has previously held senior leadership positions at Invensys, where responsibilities included managing a global team of over 1,000 engineers across multiple countries and overseeing a substantial engineering budget. With a strong track record in corporate strategy and resource management, Soon has successfully led initiatives that improved engineering capacity, developed low-cost engineering strategies, and implemented customer relationship management programs. Educational qualifications include an APAC Executive MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the National University of Singapore, along with a foundational education in Math and Science from Raffles Institution.
