Joel Browning

Joel Browning is an experienced professional in the HVAC and water treatment industries, currently serving as a Water Treatment Laboratory Technician at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. since April 2023 and as the Owner of Flow Control Consulting, LLC since October 2023. Previously, Joel held various roles at Masterworks Mechanical, including Service Manager/Technician, and was a Certified Water Treatment Plant Operator for the City of Craig. Joel's extensive background also includes ownership of Identity Graphics and work as a Press Operator at Chaos Ink. Joel began a career in refrigeration as a Technician at Masterworks Mechanical from 2001 to 2006. Educational qualifications include studying Engineering Technology at DeVry University and obtaining Refrigeration Certification from Front Range Community College.
