Lyle Witham

Lyle Witham is currently working as a Senior Environmental Policy Analyst at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. Previously, Lyle held the position of Manager of Environmental Services at Basin Electric Power Cooperative. Before that, Lyle served as an Assistant Attorney General at the North Dakota Office of Attorney General, representing various agencies of the State of North Dakota on natural resource and environmental issues. Lyle holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School, a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from St. Olaf College.
