Robert Garland

Robert "Spencer" Garland has a diverse background in mechanical engineering, with experience in project controls, generation engineering, reliability engineering, and tutoring. Robert "Spencer" has worked for Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Basin Electric Power Cooperative, and the University of Wyoming. Robert "Spencer"'s expertise includes research on methacrylate polymers for biomedical applications, as well as running their own contracting business focused on painting. Robert "Spencer" holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is CRLA certified as a tutor.
