Engineering and Analysis

The Engineering and Analysis team at Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity across a multi-state area. This team oversees the technical aspects of power systems including process control, electrification, environmental compliance, operations support, fuel supply, safety, resource planning, and power system engineering. Their work is critical in maintaining system reliability and supporting the technological infrastructure necessary to deliver electricity to approximately 1 million people across 250,000 square miles.
