Scott Cruz

Scott Cruz has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within the flooring industry. Scott started their career at Armstrong World Industries in 2000 as a Sales & Training Specialist, where they developed relationships with Home Depot department managers and identified sales opportunities. Scott then moved on to become a Regional Sales & Operations Manager, leading a team and working with the Home Depot purchasing office to introduce new products. In 2007, Cruz joined TriWest LTD as a Sales & Marketing Professional, responsible for sales and positioning across various markets. Scott eventually assumed the role of Commercial Sales Manager and later became the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Cruz has demonstrated skills in sales, relationship-building, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Scott Cruz obtained their high school diploma in 1990 from Etiwanda High School, where they studied a general curriculum. Scott then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Redlands from 1990 to 1994. Following this, Scott enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 1998 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration in 1999.
