Jade Poundstone Spears

Jade Poundstone Spears is an experienced healthcare consultant currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Tria Federal since March 2023, after previously holding roles as Staff II Consultant and Staff I Consultant at Federal Advisory Partners from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes work as a Federal Long Term Care Consultant at Cerner Corporation and an internship at Carle Foundation Hospital. Jade earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a focus on Health Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration at LSU Shreveport, expected to be completed by December 2024.
