Daniela Sforza is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technology and business transformation staffing. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at TRIA since November 2019, Daniela specializes in senior appointments and tech recruitment. Prior to TRIA, Daniela held various roles at People Source Consulting from September 2015 to November 2019, focusing on contract and permanent placements within the software and fintech sectors. Daniela’s career includes research work in executive appointments at Odgers Berndtson and a trilingual event coordination role at InterCall. Academically, Daniela holds a BA in Spanish and Italian from Cardiff University, complemented by studies in Spanish and Italian literature at prestigious overseas institutions.
