Rachel Attya

Rachel Attya (deLacy) is an Adjunct Professor at Frederick Community College, where Rachel instructs psychological courses and is working on developing a psychological resiliency course for the Tactical Strength and Conditioning Certification Program. Rachel also works as a Clinical Psychologist - Independent Contractor at Veterans Evaluation Services, conducting compensation and pension evaluations for veterans. Additionally, Rachel is a Content Editor at Triad, collaborating with the Content Team on various projects. With a background in forensic psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Law, Rachel has gained experience in providing psychological services, evaluations, and expert testimony.
