Sue Donnelly

Sue Donnelly has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Sue joined TRIAD Group, Inc. in 2019 and has held various roles, including Senior Claims Specialist, Manager of Claims Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Claims Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Triad Group LLC as a Senior Claims Adjuster in 2014. Additionally, Sue has worked at Gallagher Bassett as a Branch Manager since 2005. Previously, they held the position of Branch Manager at RMSCO, Inc. from 2004 to 2005.

Sue Donnelly attended Cazenovia College from 1979 to 1981, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Merchandising and Buying Operations.
