Ben Karaduman

Ben Karaduman has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as both Superintendent and Chief Operations Officer at TMSA Public Charter Schools since September 2018. Previous roles include High School Principal at Stirling Schools and Executive Director at both Coral Academy of Science-Reno and the Washington Education Foundation. Karaduman also held positions such as Group Coordinator at Referansiş and Department Head of HR and Communications at İpek University. A former President/CEO of the Chesapeake Lighthouse Foundation, Ben Karaduman operated as a consultant from 2009 to 2011. Karaduman holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a B.S. in Physics from Boğaziçi University.
