Julianna's research experience includes working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at California Institute of Technology and University of Utah, focusing on climate change and carbon cycling in forest ecosystems. Julianna's academic background features a Ph.D. in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where research concentrated on CO2 isotopes and natural carbon cycling. Additionally, Julianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Chemistry and a BS in Biochemistry from UC San Diego.
