Melinda Nigh

Melinda Nigh has extensive experience in human resources. Melinda began their career as a Human Resource Manager at Dayco Products, Inc. in 1989, where they worked until 2001. Melinda then moved on to Direct Sales & Service (DSS) as a Human Resource Manager from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they joined Enginetics Aerospace as a Human Resource Manager from 2003 to 2007. Melinda then worked as a Human Resource Consultant at JMB Human Resource Solutions, LLC from 2007 to 2015, providing guidance and assistance to small and medium-sized organizations. Currently, they are working as a Human Resource Manager at Triad Technologies, LLC since 2015.

Melinda Nigh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Capital University. Melinda also obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree from Lima Technical College (now known as James A. Rhodes State College), although their field of study during this time is not specified.
