Piro Siuti

Piro Siuti serves as the Director of Platform Innovation at TRIANA Biomedicines since July 2022, following a role as Principal Scientist II at the Synthetic Biology Group within Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research from March 2020 to July 2022. Prior experience includes Research Investigator II at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research from December 2013 to March 2020 and a Postdoctoral Associate position at MIT from September 2011 to December 2013, where significant advancements in synthetic logic gates and analog gene expression were made. Piro Siuti's early career included a Graduate Student role at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from June 2006 to August 2011, focusing on synthetic cell mimic platforms and developing skills in macro/nano-scale fabrication and imaging techniques. Current endeavors involve applications of molecular biology, genetics, and microfluidics.
