Lee Whitley

Lee Whitley is an experienced recruitment professional and entrepreneur currently serving as the Owner and Recruiter at Whitley Recruiting Partners since August 2018, focusing on empowering growth and building elite teams. As General Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner at Barfield Revenue Consulting, also since August 2018, Lee specializes in recruiting for sales and marketing across various industries. Additionally, since December 2021, Lee has been a Founding Funder of the Triangle Tweener Fund, which invests in early-stage, high-tech startups in the Triangle area. Lee's previous experience includes roles at Capitol Broadcasting Company, where responsibilities ranged from sales operations to technical recruiting, and Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter.
