Cinthia Ortega has extensive work experience in customer success and financial roles. Cinthia is currently working at Tribal as the Head of Customer Success since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Customer Success Director at Tribal from May 2021 to April 2022. Cinthia also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Tribal from September 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Tribal, Cinthia worked at Refinitiv as the Performance Director LatAm, Wealth Management from January 2020 to September 2020. Cinthia also served as a Customer Success Manager at Refinitiv from October 2017 to December 2019.
