Jaziel Gonzalez

Jaziel Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2010, they started working at Festo Mexico as an IT Support Analyst, troubleshooting and solving technical issues, supporting IT infrastructure devices, and tracking IT assets. Jaziel also developed macros in Excel and a desktop application for automating processes. In 2015, they became a Client Management Specialist at Festo, offering technological solutions to internal customers, researching and recommending hardware and software, and providing on-site technical support. In 2017, Jaziel joined Honeywell as an Information Technology System Administrator, leading a team of technicians, chairing meetings, and handling project updates and escalations. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Rackspace as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Currently, Jaziel is the IT Operations Lead Americas at Tribal. Jaziel'sresponsibilities include managing the America Tribal portfolio, assuring operational IT guidelines are covered, supporting system incidents, and driving continuous improvement.
