Louise Thompson

Louise Thompson, MCIPD, began their career in 2000 as an HR Co-ordinator at Marie Curie Cancer Care, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as an HR Officer at the Office of Government Commerce. Then, from 2004 to 2007, they held the position of HR Executive at Teleperformance. In 2010, Louise joined Tribal and worked as an HR Officer until 2015. At Tribal, they later became an HR Business Partner, working with various departments such as Sales & Marketing and Corporate functions. Since 2020, they have been the Head of People Advisory Services at Tribal, where they have been responsible for developing relationships with senior management and driving employee performance and engagement.

Louise Thompson, MCIPD, obtained their Bachelor's degree in French and Linguistics from the University of York, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they went on to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD) at Croydon College from 2001 to 2003.
