Frederick Soto Yara

Frederick Soto Yara is a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in agile methodologies and project management. Currently employed at Tribal Worldwide Guatemala since October 2022, Frederick previously held various roles at Comdata Group from 2018 to October 2022, including Gestor de Proyecto, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, where responsibilities included translating client needs and designing training content for development teams. Earlier positions include Project Leader and Scrum Master at Global in House, from October 2016 to June 2018, and a focus on quality processes and risk analysis at Comdata Group from 2008 to 2015. Frederick began a career in 2007 as a Functional Analyst Intern at Forza Productos Industriales. Academically, Frederick holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Manizales and a technology degree in Systems from Universidad de Caldas.
