Michele Metzger

Michele Metzger has over 17 years of work experience in various finance, accounting, and supply chain roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Tribar Technologies Inc., where they oversee all financial operations and implements cash management tools and inventory management processes. Prior to that, Michele worked at CHEP as a Supply Chain Director, responsible for directing the North American supply chain and leading initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs. Michele also served as a Finance Director at CHEP. Before CHEP, Michele held the position of Director of Finance at Yanfeng and Finance Director/Plant Controller at Bosch North America, where they achieved significant cost savings and improved operational results. Additionally, they have experience as an IT Controller at ZF Friedrichshafen and ZF Industries, and as a Financial Analyst at Bosch Corporation.

Michele Metzger obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Western Michigan University in 2004. Michele is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, expecting to complete it between 2023 and 2025.
