Kelly Stewart, CHRL, CPIA, BA has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, culture development, and supporting organizational objectives. Currently, as the National Director of People & Culture at Tribe Medical Group Inc., they are leading the company's efforts in becoming the preferred employer in Canada while prioritizing patient outcomes. Previously, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at Tribe Medical Group, where they contributed to the company's mission of putting patient outcomes first. Prior to joining Tribe Medical Group, Kelly served as the Human Resources Manager at Trudell Medical Marketing Limited, where they provided HR strategy support and ensured responsive service for organizational development. Kelly also gained experience as a Human Resources/Recruitment Associate at London Health Sciences Centre. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in talent management, HR practices, recruitment, employee engagement, and disability management.
