Edita Kudarauskė

Edita Kudarauskė's work experience includes various roles in human resources and customer service.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at JSC "ACC Distribution", a large wholesale company in Baltic countries. Their responsibilities included sales, customer service, handling inquiries, managing sales orders, and assisting the sales team.

In 2016, they became a Recruitment Manager at UAB "Kesko Senukai Lithuania", a company specializing in home improvement products.

From 2017 to 2019, Edita worked as an HR Manager at Finansinės Technologijos, focusing on HR-related tasks.

Since 2019, they have been with Tribe Payments, initially serving as an HR Manager and later transitioning to the role of Head of HR. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer.

Edita Kudarauskė obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Kaunas University of Technology between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have attained several certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn and CVbankas.lt, on topics such as HR guidelines, goal setting, team motivation, agile project management, Gen Z employment, and HR as a business partner.
