Mohamed Medhat

Mohamed Medhat has a diverse work experience history, starting with their current role as a People and Culture Director at Tribe X Digital. In this position, they developed and executed a performance management program, established a company-wide code of conduct, and implemented disciplinary stages. Prior to this, Mohamed worked as an Account Director at the same company, focusing on aligning business strategy, building relationships with clients, and managing a team of direct reports.

In 2023, Mohamed joined People and their Careers as a Career Coach, where they help individuals define their career goals and provides personalized coaching to help them achieve success.

Recently, in 2023, they completed an Advanced HR Diploma from The American University in Cairo. Mohamed Medhat has obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Career Counselor from the International Coaching Federation (2023), Digital Marketing from Squared Online (2015), and a Certified Coach from The Football Association (2014).
