Bella Pighini is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in sports and mental health. Currently serving as a Residential Volunteer at Cyrenians and a Receptionist at Tribe Yoga, Bella has gained extensive experience in various roles including Hopetown Staff (Barista) at Change Mental Health and Volunteer Mental Performance Coach at Smash It Tennis Academy. Bella's research experience includes evaluating the effects of mindfulness training at the University of Edinburgh and leading projects on attitudes toward ethnic groups at Western Carolina University, where Bella also competed as a NCAA Division I soccer player.
