Ulisses Monteiro

Ulisses Monteiro has a robust background in legal affairs, currently serving as an Assessor at the Tribunal de Justiça do Ceará since May 2022. Previously, Ulisses held the title of Assessor de Desembargador at the same tribunal from August 2017 to August 2021 and from December 2008 to December 2015. Additionally, Ulisses gained experience as an Advogado associado at ERNANI BARREIRA ADVOGADOS from January 2016 to January 2017. Ulisses holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Ceara, completed between 2001 and 2005.
