Rafael Drumond de Lima

Rafael Drumond de Lima is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Juiz Eleitoral da 113a ZE/MG at the Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Minas Gerais and Juiz de Direito at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Minas Gerais since 2019. Rafael has previously held positions as a Promotor Eleitoral with the Ministério Público Eleitoral and as a Promotor de Justiça with the Ministério Público do Estado de Minas Gerais. Additionally, Rafael has taught Criminal and Electoral Law at MEGE Concursos Públicos and founded Rafael Drumond Advocacia e Consultoria. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a specialization in European Union law from Universidad de Sevilla. Past experiences also include legal internships at various organizations, along with participation in a police training course.
