Regina is an experienced leader in engaging, motivating, and developing employees. Before joining Tribute, she spent over a dozen years managing global HR and community involvement programs in the financial services sector. Regina has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Maine at Farmington, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University.
