Carter Rabasa

Carter is an entrepreneur and technologist who has over 20 years of experience building software. With a B.S. in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Texas, he has carved-out a uniquely cross-functional career that is highly developer-centric. He has worked as a developer, marketed Microsoft's tools to developers, and joined Twilio as early hire to help build what became the API industry's leading Developer Evangelism program. Before leaving Twilio, Carter moved into their Product organization and helped launch a Serverless platform in 2017 that made it even easier for developers to build applications on the platform.
