Polina Sofenina

Polina Sofenina began their work experience in 2016 as a freelance IT Recruiter. Polina then joined Luxoft as an IT Recruitment Specialist in December 2017, before moving on to Nimses Inc. where they worked as an IT Recruiter from May 2018 to September 2019. Following this, they joined Takeoff Technologies, Inc. in September 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and later became a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in March 2022. Polina remained with Takeoff Technologies, Inc. until March 2023. Currently, Polina is working at Tribute Technology as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting in March 2023.

Polina Sofenina earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. Polina attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
