Caroline Martin

VP, People at Tricentis

Caroline Martin is the current Vice President of People at Tricentis. Prior to their current role, they served as a Sabbatical for #GivingBack from October 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they provided pro bono career counselling and individual and sole trader advice on employment related issues and compliance. Additionally, Caroline served as a Covid19 Community and NHS Responder volunteer during this time.

From January 2018 to June 2019, Caroline served as the Vice President of People at WorldRemit. In this role, they were responsible for the global People strategy and was a member of both the ExCo and RemCo reporting directly to the CEO.

Prior to WorldRemit, Caroline spent 8 years at NetSuite from January 2009 to December 2017 as the Senior Director of HR. During their time at NetSuite, they had an international HR remit during the company's significant transformation and hyper-growth.

From January 2006 to December 2008, Caroline served as the HR Director for Paramount Pictures where they reported to Los Angeles HQ and led all HR activity across LatAm, Europe, and APAC.

Caroline began their career in HR as an HR Business Partner for SITA from January 2001 to December 2005. Caroline then transitioned into an HR Manager role for Bull Information Systems from January 1997 to December 2001.

Caroline Martin completed their MBA in Business at the University of West London.

Caroline Martin works with and Leslie L. Baker - Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. Marie-Pascale Dalvai - HR Manager, Birgit Streicher - Head of Human Resources, and Olívia Marton - Human Resources Coordinator report to Caroline Martin. Caroline Martin reports to Jen Lucas, Chief People Officer.
