Helen Bowen

Helen Bowen serves as the Director of Customer Growth Account Management for EMEA at Tricentis since March 2023, leading customer success initiatives across the region. Prior to this role, Helen held multiple positions at Diligent from September 2020 to December 2022, including Regional Vice President of Customer Success, where management of a new EMEA Enterprise Portfolio team of eight senior Customer Success managers took place. Helen's experience also encompasses leading the Customer Success EMEA function through a significant reorganization and overseeing various teams dedicated to the UK and Ireland Boards product suite. Earlier roles at Diligent Corporation included Customer Success Director and Customer Success Manager. In the earlier stages of Helen's career, positions at Dow Jones involved senior business operations and strategy management, account development, and account management. Additional account management experience was gained at ITN Source and Getty Images. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Fine Art from Farnham Institute of Art & Design.
