Shunsuke Katakura

Shunsuke Katakura has extensive experience in solution consulting and engineering, currently serving as a Solution Consultant at Apptio since May 2023 and previously as a Principal Solution Engineer at Twilio from July 2021. Prior roles include a Senior Sales Engineer at CloudHealth by VMware, where Shunsuke established the new business unit in Japan, and a Senior Solutions Architect at VMware focused on cloud management solutions. Shunsuke's career began at CA Technologies, where multiple roles were held, including Principal Consultant, Customer Success Manager, and various support engineering positions, contributing significantly to enterprise agile management, infrastructure monitoring, and technical account management. Shunsuke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University.
