Angela Lee

Angela Lee has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Angela has held various leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Quality and Project Management at Tricida, Inc., where they played an active role in strategic decision-making for the development and pre-commercialization of a new drug. Angela also established and led a Project Management team to support cross-functional projects within various departments. Prior to their role at Tricida, Inc., Angela worked at Relypsa, where they held positions such as Executive Director and Senior Director of Project Management. Angela also has experience in Screening and Biology, having held roles at Relypsa and Ilypsa, Inc. Angela began their career at Microcide Pharmaceuticals/Essential Therapeutics as a Scientist/RA.

Angela Lee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the period from 1986 to 1994. Angela also pursued a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from the same university.
