Currently serving as Practice Director at Trick Dog Technology since January 2019, JT has successfully spearheaded innovative staffing solutions for IT professionals, achieving a notable 95% retention rate with over 3,000 consultants placed nationwide. As Founder of Hire Guide since January 2017, JT focuses on executive coaching and refining recruitment processes to drive talent acquisition and support organizational growth.
