Rich Cronin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts from 1975 to 1979. In 1998, they completed an Executive Education Program at The Wharton School, where they focused on Perspectives in Sales Force Management. Additionally, they pursued Finance for Executives at Kellogg Executive Education in 1995. In 1991, Cronin participated in an Executive Education Program for Management Development at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
