Daniel Chu

Daniel Chu is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading companies in diverse sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Tricolor Holdings since September 2007, Chu has established a Community Development Financial Institution that provides affordable credit-building auto loans and sells certified, high-quality used vehicles, particularly focusing on underserved markets in Texas and California. Tricolor Auto Group, also founded by Chu in 2007, gained recognition as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America during 2012, 2013, and 2014. Previously, Chu held leadership roles at SoftSwitch Communications, Integrated Athletic Development, and PAACO Automotive Group. Chu's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering and Athletic Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Miami, respectively.
