Jonathan Castolo has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Jonathan started their career as a Loan Servicing Specialist at Tricolor Auto Group, LLC in January 2017 and later transitioned into the role of Customer Relations Specialist and then Customer Relations Team Leader. In March 2019, they became a Customer Advocacy Unit Manager, where they managed service delivery and handled escalated complaints. Jonathan then served as the Senior Manager of Customer Operations before being promoted to Director of Customer Operations in October 2022, where they support and manages supervisors, coaches and leads the team, and ensures quality and guideline compliance. Prior to their time at Tricolor Auto Group, LLC, Jonathan worked as a Customer Service Specialist and Billing Specialist at Teleperformance from April 2012 to February 2016.
