Katie Nutting

Katie Nutting has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Katie started their career in 2011 at Bank of America as a Property Preservation Specialist, where they managed the maintenance and repair of bank-owned foreclosure properties. Katie then worked at Safeguard Properties as a Client Account Representative and Client Relations Representative, ensuring effective communication and coordination between clients and the company's field services areas. In 2013, Katie joined Nationstar Mortgage as part of the FHA Evictions and Default Management team, responsible for tasks such as monitoring occupancy inspections and tracking eviction attorney activities. Katie then moved to Capital One in 2015, where they were a Quality Assurance Feedback Liaison and an Asset Protection Associate. At Elevate, Katie held the positions of Fraud Analyst and Senior Fraud Analyst, where they played a pivotal role in developing new fraud detection processes and strengthening fraud detection strategies. Currently, they are employed at Tricolor Holdings, holding roles such as Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning and Senior Director of Inventory Operations.

Katie Nutting is currently pursuing a Masters Certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, with an expected completion date of 2022. Prior to this, they attended Dallas County Community College in 2014 and studied at Tarrant County College, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
