Dawn Dalton

Ms. Dalton is responsible for leading technology for all major business systems and ongoing maintenance and support of proprietary and licensed software applications.

She has more than seven years of real estate industry experience, which helps bring a valued perspective to TAH and has helped define and enhance the technology footprint. Ms. Dalton is passionate about creating operational efficiencies through the adoption of technology. Prior to joining TAH, Ms. Dalton worked at American Residential Properties (ARPI) as Director, Business Applications. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and various certificates from Scrum Alliance related to Agile software development practices.
